The service menu
We are finalising the details.
Our spa menu is being put together right now. Service names, durations, inclusions and prices are not confirmed yet, and we would rather publish them once they are final than print something we would have to correct tomorrow.
Until then, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is running this week, what it costs and when there is a slot.

Menu coming soon
This space is where every confirmed spa service will be listed — with its duration and price. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will send you the current list straight away.
Booking
How a spa booking works.
Spa appointments are confirmed directly on WhatsApp, so you always have the timings and price in writing before you visit.
- 01
Ask what is running
Message us on WhatsApp with the day you have in mind. We will tell you which spa services are available and how much space there is.
- 02
Confirm the slot
We share the start time, the duration and the price. Spa timings follow the studio schedule, so Sunday bookings are not possible.
- 03
Book and arrive
Confirm the booking, arrive a few minutes early and let us know if you have any sensitivities we should be aware of.
One visit, two halves
Fitness and spa, on the same trip.
Because the studio and the spa sit together, you can train in the morning and stay for a spa service in the same visit, or come only for the spa. Tell us what you have in mind and we will check the schedule for that day.
We are not publishing a combined package price until the spa menu is confirmed. Once it is, we will add it here.

Ask us what is running this week.
